What is the check-in/check-out time at Park Regis Business Bay Hotel?

Check-in at 15:00 hrs and Check-out at 12:00 noon.

Is it possible to check in earlier?

Yes, but subject to availability of rooms. Additional charges of AED 300 apply when checking in between 7 am – 11 am. Full stay fees will be charged if checking in before 7 am.

Will the hotel hold my room if I’m checking-in late?

Yes. The room will be reserved until 12 noon the next day. But we recommend informing the hotel prior as a good practice.

What documents should I present when checking in?

  • Original passport if you are a foreign traveler
  • Or original National ID if you are a resident
    (Photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted at check-in as per the government requirement)
  • Booking Confirmation number

How many people can stay in one room?

Maximum occupancy per room is two persons. However, upon request an extra bed can be accommodated with an additional charge of AED 150.

I only booked for Room only. Can I have breakfast at the restaurant?

Yes, you can! The additional charge would be 35 AED (Promotional price for in-house guest) and can be availed by purchasing a coupon from the reception.

What is the difference between a twin room and double room?

Twin rooms include two separate beds – Double rooms come with one King size bed.

Will there be any additional charges for children staying with us in the same hotel room?

No additional charge will be made for children below the age of six. Subject to hotel child policy.

How can I make a group travel booking?

Is it possible to make online booking payments through account transfer?

Yes. online payment link can be provided. Card payment fees may apply subject to card provider bank terms.

I have made a hotel room booking. What happens next?

If it is a direct reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. If the reservation was made through an agent, the agent/third party will be responsible to share the confirmation email.

I want to change/amend my hotel booking?

If direct booking, you can call us directly and amend your reservation. If the booking is done online or through third party, amendments can be requested to same platform.

How can I cancel my booking?

If a direct booking was made, you can call us directly and cancel your reservation. If the booking was done online, cancellation will have to made on the same platform itself. (Terms and conditions apply)

I want to cancel my hotel booking, when is the latest I can do this by?

What are the hotel room cancellation charges?

I didn’t check-in at the hotel at all, will I get a refund?

Depends upon the cancellation policy of the booking.

How soon will I get my refund after the cancellation?

If the booking were made directly with us, the refund period would take 7-10 working days. If the booking was made through an agent, refund period will be subject to their respective cancellation policy.

No, we do not have bar nor serve alcohol.

Is internet available at the hotel?

High speed internet provided across the hotel.

Where can I have food?

You can have breakfast (from 6.30am – 10.30 am) lunch (from 12.30pm – 3.30 pm) or dinner (from 6pm – 10.30pm) at the Food Souk Restaurant or order through Room service (24 hours).

Does PRBB provide a shuttle to the airport?

Yes, upon request and chargeable.

I would like to request airport transfers. What should I do?

We can arrange airport pick up and drop upon prior request at an additional cost of AED 250 for airport pickup and AED 150 for airport drop.

Does PRBB have a pool?

Yes.

Is PRBB pet friendly?

No. Pets are not allowed.

Is parking offered on site at PRBB?

Yes, it is free of charge
